The kitchen display for Lightspeed that splits every order across your stations
PIQY splits every Lightspeed order by product group, for example into grill, fryer, and bar. At the pass, you see it as one order again, with the state of each station.

One order becomes a ticket for each station, and one order again at the pass
Lightspeed sends every order through the network in your restaurant to PIQY. PIQY splits it by the product groups that you already set up in Lightspeed.
At the grill. The station sees only its items. Tap a ticket and then Done.
At the pass. The order shows up as soon as every station is done.
Sides from other stations. When a guest orders a burger with fries as a side, the burger goes to the grill and the fries go to the fryer. Each station sees which item its part belongs to.
Order types. Dine-in, takeaway, delivery, or self-service: the order type from Lightspeed is on every ticket. Every view can filter by it, for example only deliveries at the packing station.
Cancellations. When your service team cancels an item in Lightspeed, the ticket shows the right quantity at once. When everything is cancelled, the ticket gets the status Cancelled.
The state of each station. In the overview, each order shows which stations are already done and which are still working on it. The head chef sees at a glance where things are stuck.
Payment state. When a bill is paid in Lightspeed, its tickets are marked. For self-service, a view can, for example, show orders only after payment.
Pickup times. When an order in Lightspeed has a pickup time, it is on the ticket. The kitchen sees what must be ready next.
Each station works on its part, and the order stays together
Views filter by the data from Lightspeed, for example by product group, order type, or payment state. You set the actions and statuses yourself, the way your kitchen works.
Views. Create as many as you need, and show each one on the devices where it is needed. Every view filters by data from the POS and by status. If a device has several, your team switches with one tap.
Actions. The buttons on the device. An action sets the status of an order or checks off items. You decide which buttons there are.
Status. The steps of your workflow, as many as you need. When the status changes, the order leaves one view and shows up in the next.
The pickup display shows your guests when their order is ready
A pickup display can show numbers. Or it can sell, inform, and make your service better.
Split the screen the way you want, for example your lunch offer on the left and the pickup numbers on the right. Fonts and colors match your look. The pickup display uses the same filters as the kitchen, so every finished order shows up by itself.

Frequently asked questions
How does PIQY split an order from Lightspeed?
By the product groups from Lightspeed. Each station gets its own ticket with its items. Sides from another product group show up at the station that prepares them.
Can I also see the whole order in one place?
Yes. You can set up a view that brings the tickets of all stations back together into one order, for example at the pass or for the head chef. You decide whether it shows an order only when every station is done.
Which data from Lightspeed does PIQY show?
Every item with its sides, also when a side is prepared at another station. Also the order type (dine-in, takeaway, delivery, or self-service), whether the bill is paid, and the pickup time. Cancellations from Lightspeed change the ticket at once.
Does Lightspeed have its own kitchen display?
Yes. For K-Series, Lightspeed offers its own kitchen display as a paid extra. PIQY is the alternative when you want to bring the tickets of all stations back together into one order, need a screen for your guests, or want to set the steps of your kitchen yourself.
How does PIQY connect to Lightspeed?
Directly through the network in your restaurant: Lightspeed sends each order to PIQY at once, with all its data, like the table, sides, and payment state. It does not go through the internet, so orders arrive without delay.
Which hardware do I need for PIQY with Lightspeed?
An iPad, an Android tablet, or a TV or monitor with the Elo Backpack, a small computer that goes behind the screen. You can mix devices by station, for example iPads at the bar and rugged screens in the kitchen.
What does PIQY cost with Lightspeed?
PIQY costs from €59 a month for the first device at a location, and each additional device costs less. A pickup display costs from €29 a month. All prices excl. VAT.
