Each station sees exactly its orders, whichever channel they come from
Grill, bar, and pickup see only their items, from the QR code, the kiosk, or the delivery service. Every ticket shows where the order comes from. When something is ready, your team taps a button, and the guest sees it on the pickup display.
Views. Create as many as you need, and show each one on the devices where it is needed. Every view filters by data from the POS and by status. If a device has several, your team switches with one tap.
Actions. The buttons on the device. An action sets the status of an order or checks off items. You decide which buttons there are.
Status. The steps of your workflow, as many as you need. When the status changes, the order leaves one view and shows up in the next.
The pickup display shows your guests when their order is ready
A pickup display can show numbers. Or it can sell, inform, and make your service better.
Split the screen the way you want, for example your lunch offer on the left and the pickup numbers on the right. Fonts and colors match your look. The pickup display uses the same filters as the kitchen, so every finished order shows up by itself.

Is SO'USE a POS system?
No. With SO'USE, your guests order and pay by themselves, for example with a QR code at the table or at an ordering kiosk. SO'USE is connected to your POS. PIQY shows the orders that guests place through SO'USE: from the QR code, the kiosk, your web shop, and delivery services.
Does PIQY also show orders that my team enters directly in the POS?
No, not through SO'USE. Orders that your team enters directly in the POS do not go through SO'USE, so they do not reach PIQY, even when the POS is connected to SO'USE. For that, PIQY needs its own connection to your POS. Write to us, and we check this for your POS.
Which order channels does PIQY show?
Orders with a QR code at the table, from the ordering kiosk, from your web shop, and from delivery services like Wolt, Lieferando, and Uber Eats.
Which POS systems work with PIQY and SO'USE?
Every POS that SO'USE can connect to, for example Lightspeed, Vectron, ready2order, or unTill.
Does PIQY with SO'USE work without internet?
New orders come over the internet, because your guests order online. If the internet goes down, your team keeps working on the orders that are already there, because the devices in your kitchen are connected over your Wi-Fi.
Does PIQY also have a pickup display?
Yes. The pickup display is a screen for your guests: each one sees their number as soon as the kitchen is done, in your colors and fonts.
What does PIQY cost with SO'USE?
PIQY costs from €59 a month for the first device at a location, and each additional device costs less. A pickup display costs from €29 a month. All prices excl. VAT.
